Jumpstart3 will:

  1. Perform a live event.
  2. Arrive at least 3 hours prior to the stated start of the event.
  3. Rehearse 2 hours before the event.
  4. Provide our own Wireless receiver and 2 stereo direct boxes.
  5. Provide all songs in MP4 format and slides in jpg format for download + a thumb-drive for backup.
  6. Provide items for purchase before and after the event,a cash drawer and training for volunteers.
  7. Provide promotional support through a 30-day email campaign and access to a pre-event download site.
  8. Pray for this event.

You, The Host will:

Items of Stage Show Portion
  1. Be responsible for stage lighting and sound
  2. Provide (2) two volunteers to set up and run the resource table 30 min before the event and 45 minutes after the event
  3. Provide a sound technician at least 2 hours before the event for a sound check and rehearsal
  4. Provide (1) one banana, (1) one orange, (1) one apple
  5. Audio:
    1. 5 xlr audio lines.
    2. Main PA should be able to reproduce very low frequencies (recommendation: one to two 15-18 inch subwoofers per side)
    3. True stereo connection between the computer and mixing console. JumpStart3 can provide cabling to accomplish this.
  1. Video:
    1. Minimum 6’ screen or large HD video monitors.
    2. Download and test all video files before the day of the event.
    3. Provide professional projection software (MediaShout, ProPresenter, EasyWorship, etc)
    4. Provide an AV tech in your sound booth to cue videos as all music tracks will be played from your video projection computer.
  2. Ensure all other bands/groups who will be sharing the event have completed their rehearsals 1.5 hours before the start of the event.
  3. Provide ½ ($) the payment as deposit, print/sigh/return this agreement (In the event that the host is forced to cancel, for whatever reason, the deposit will be forfeited in its entirety. The deposit can be applied to another event within 9-months of the original date)
  4. Provide the the remaining amount ($) at the conclusion of the event.
  5. Provide all offerings taken for JumpStart3 over the amount agreed upon.
  6. Be responsible for all promotions.
  7. Pray for this event
